We understand that these are difficult and uncertain times for everyone. We continue to follow advice from Government Agencies and our Regulatory Bodies to ensure that the health and wellbeing of our clients and staff is our paramount concern.

Due to an escalation in government plans to contain the spread of Covid-19, we are now having to implement some of our contingency plans.  Our aim is to ensure that clients matters continue to progress and that we are able to give advice to clients without compromising the safety and wellbeing of clients and staff.  We have put in place provisions to try and assist all concerned and now take this opportunity to outline these to you.

The Office

Due to Government advice on social distancing and working from home wherever possible, we have decided that we must close our building and will do so from 5.00 p.m on Monday 23rd March 2020.  However, the closure of the office does not prevent us from continuing to operate normally.  Our systems have been set up to enable all our staff to work from home. They have access to all of the firm’s IT and can access diaries, email, files, billing information and Court information through our document management system.  All of our staff will be connected to each other and we will be able to discuss issues between each other as if we were together in the office.

Meetings with Solicitors

Due to the Government advice on social distancing and the decision to close our office, we are no longer able to meet with clients face to face for the foreseeable future.  However, we are able to conduct meetings remotely either via email, telephone, FaceTime or Skype.
